Research

My research interests are centered on understanding and improving worker well-being, with an emphasis on work identification, work redesign, and stress recovery processes. I have a strong interest in organizational research methods and employ both quantitative and qualitative approaches in my work. I am also committed to bridging the science-practice gap through the scholarship of teaching and learning as well as through impactful communication of scientific research.

Below is a selection of my recent publications and other work. The rest, including activities from my previous career, can be found on my CV.
